 It is a trend that people have become less physically active than pervious(previous) generations, both in the work time and their leisure time. This phenomenon lead to some negative effects on individual physical and mental health, and this essay will discuss the effects of reduced exercise and give several suggestions to address these problems.

One major impact of declining physical activity is worsening of public health. Most of job require people to sit in front of their computers for long periods, while pastimes such as playing online games and watching videos also contribute to more sedentary lifestyles. For example, teenagers are more interested in staying at home and watching Netflix for a whole day in summer vacation compared to staying active(previous time when they were more active). Therefore, many people suffer from health problems, such as obesity or high blood pressure. Furthermore, reducing fitness active(lower frequency of exercising) have negative influence on emotional health, which increase stress and lower productivity in society.

There are several measures can be encourage(that can encourage) people to exercise more regularly. First, company can promote more active lifestyle by providing fitness facilities or holding sporting events, even advocating employees to have a walk in rest time during long-time work. Second, government can develop public sports equipment such as in public fitness center or parks to make exercise more affordable and accessible. In addition, schools also raise the awareness by educating children the importance of regular physical active, which contributed to cultivate the healthy habits from young ages. As a result, the problem of declining exercise can be effectively addressed by these different methods.

In conclusion, although reducing of physical active causes negative impact on overall health, people can be encouraged to adopt more active lifestyle though the combined of employers, governments, and educational instituations.
