I wish to draw your attention to a problem I recently experienced when calling customer service. I lost my new air pods on the line thirteen bus on 14 July morning. It’s during 10:30 am to 11:00 am. There was a black protected and had a bear toy on it. My seat was the last seats which near windows.
I called customer service immediately. It was a men answer me. His name is Jeff. He helped me to deal with the events. However, He had an awful attitude during the conversation even I could not ensure the problem had addressed. It made me angry and unsatisfied. I expect a call to reply me the result. I also request this happened do not occur again in the future. Please let me know if you require any further information.
