In this generation, technology has become an essential element of our daily life, influencing every field in society. While some people argue that technological advancement brings numerous potential problems, I firmly believe that the merits outweigh the drawbacks. Technology has not only improved communication and healthcare but also enhanced education and global connectivity. In the following essay, I will discuss my opinion and give the reasons.

One major benefit of technology is that it makes communications and work more efficient and easier. Through social apps, people can keep in touch with others instantly without limits of geographic boundaries. For instance, during the COVID-19 pandemic, all workers and students continued working through online platforms such as Line, Facebook and Google meet,(and) individuals were allowed to work from home. Moreover, online medical consultations has become an essential way for patients to seek treatment not only during pandemic periods but serves remote areas nowadays.(Example) Technology has become a vital measure that connects people, simplifies work, and makes healthcare more accessible in daily life.

Another important contribution of technology is developing renewable energy sources. Modern innovations have made it possible to generate electricity from natural sustainable resources such as the sun, wind, and water. For instance, solar panels are now widely used to replace fossil fuels, which helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions and slow down global warming. In addition, Countries like Germany and Denmark have successfully applied electricity storage technologies in infrastructures, such as smart grids and electronic cars.Therefore, technological progress not only supports economic growth but also contributes to environmental protection and sustainable development.

In conclusion, although advanced technology brings some negative effects, it extremely improves communication, healthcare, and education, ultimately contributing to the progress and well-being of society.
