The bar chart shows how people in three age groups 18 to 24, 25 to 34, and 35 to 44 used different social media platforms in 2022.

 

In the youngest group, almost all people used TikTok, and a large number also used Instagram. More than half used Facebook, while less than half used Twitter. Only a small part used LinkedIn.

 

People aged 25 to 34 showed similar patterns. A large number still used Instagram and TikTok, but not as many as the youngest group. Facebook was a bit more popular in this group than in the others. Twitter and LinkedIn were both used by a small but similar portion of people in this group.

 

In the oldest group, fewer people used TikTok and Instagram—only about one-third and half, compared to the younger users. Facebook stayed popular, though slightly lower than the middle group. Twitter had the lowest number of users in this group. LinkedIn, however, became more popular, with almost half of them using it.
