We can see this is caculated about social media usage by age group in 2022.

The first of all the youngest group that they’re all favorite TikTok ,this is the most popular social media in teengers group ; However TikTok doesn’t attract the oldest group.In the this bar chart they have the lowest percentage,only have 35%.

There have somthing interesting thing is there have the bigest gap of different between of this two groups.

the second of all people don’t often use Twitter and Linkedld to be their main socia medie tools.Both platforms don’t get people’s first choice when they are using socia media.

But Instagram and Facebook both users percentage excced more then 50%,they have verity users in spread wiled ages.These two apps are accepted by three groups.

    For those aged 25–34, Instagram remained popular, with 70% usage, while TikTok saw a decline to 60%. Facebook use was slightly higher at 65%, while Twitter and LinkedIn were used by 35% of this group. Among the 35–44 age group, LinkedIn usage increased to 45%, making it the most popular platform for this demographic. Facebook followed closely at 55%, while Instagram and TikTok saw significant drops, with 50% and 35% usage, respectively. Twitter remained the least used platform at only 25%.

    In summary, social media preferences varied significantly across age groups, with younger users favoring TikTok and Instagram, while older users leaned towards LinkedIn and Facebook.
