Some people argue that social influencers have a negative effect on society.(,) While I think influencers still play a crucial role in our life, such as promoting marketing campaigns or social impact issues.

On the one hand, I acknowledge that there are two drawbacks for influencers. Firstly, influencers can spread unrealistic expectations and misinformation for fans. Some influencers overexposed their luxurious lifestyle or the fancy trip.This may mislead(misleading) younger fans that this was the daily life when they become adults without thinking of challenges that influencers had faced before they acquired the high reputation. (Specific example) Moreover, influencers promote unverified information on products. For example, they recommend supplements with exaggerated effect or provide misinformation without proper research, causing customers to believe those suggestions are correct then buy it. 

On the other hand, I believe that influencers still establish a role model for many fans. To begin with, some influencers share valuable knowledge based on expertise. For instance, Mr & Mrs Gao is one of the KOL who share astronomical knowledge based on(from) specialists‘ perspective. In this way, individuals enhance their relevant knowledge from them. Furthermore, some influencers use their own impact to raise public awareness of social issues. According to the recent news, it is reported that there was a serious earthquake in Hualien. Some influencers donated money and delivered numerous daily necessities for victims.(Specific example: raise public awareness)

In conclusion, while influencers cause some adverse effects to individuals, they still have a significant impact to give back to society, such as sharing professional perspectives on knowledgeable topics or raising public awareness of social issues  which had happened around our lives.
