7/20-IELTS Writing Discussion- educational disparity

People have different views about education disparity between rich and poor students. While it sometimes can be reduced through government polices and social initiatives.(, others believe the gap would always exist regardless of the overall effort) I believe that it’s really exist rich students can get better education than poor students.(In this essays, i would discuss both perspective.)

on the one hand government policies and social initiatives can be a great source for poor students. Government and local region provide some support to help poor students. The most common way is (to) provide scholarship to them. Scholarship will cover all tuition, fees, or living expense. It can help them to put more concentrate on study. (Example) It can be argued government and social initiatives can reduced educational disparity.

on the other hand, Rich students can get better education resource than poor students. Rich student can affordable(afford) diverse way to complete education. Like they can hire(,such as hiring) privacy tutor at home to improve their weak subject, or them can study at bilingual school to have better environment to learn second language, or they can go aboard to get different views and study at famous school.(Example) They don’t need to worry about will limited by government and organizations policies.And they don’t need to fill any application forms or have any requirements. As well as if you can affordable all expense.

In conclusion, I can understand why people might think government policies and social initiatives can reduced education disparity. But it seems to me that still have big different gap between rich students and poor students.
