The question of whether technology has a positive or negative effect is often debated. This issue has gained attention recently, dividing opinions. In my view, I agree with the idea that technology has a significant positive impact. This essay will discuss my reasons for this stance and provide examples to support my opinion, leading to a reasoned conclusion.
Firstly, one of the main reasons why I believe technology has a valuable impact on people is its convenience. For example, many useful apps have been developed over time. Google Maps and WhatsApp are great examples, as these two applications are extremely popular among young people.
Google Maps is a functional and well-known app for navigating(navigation) and also providing many different timetable of transportation, such as buses, trains, undergrounds and more. without using Google Maps, some people would easily get lost during their journey. Decades ago, this app had not be developed. Therefore, most travelers had to ask at hotel reception about the departure time of bus or asking for local residents’s help to reach their destinations. Compared to today, Tourists can check a variety of timetables and travel routes through Google Maps. This sense of security helps them feel more confident during their trips.
Furthermore, another highly App is WhatsApp,(.) it allows instead and convenient communication, keeping people across distances. People can message to friends or video talk with family. For instance, even people who live abroad, still can stay in touch with their family and friends back home anytime through WhatsApp. Moreover, it helps people maintain relationships that might otherwise fade with time and distance.(example) This clearly demonstrates that technology advanced can benefit people.
In conclusion, although there are differing opinions on technology, I strongly believe that technology has a positive impact for the reasons discussed above.. The evidence and examples provided confirm that many development made people’s lives more convenient
